Every landlord submits ID and proof of ownership, and our team reviews each listing manually before it goes live. Listings that fail review never appear.
Does KULI charge renters any fees?
No. Browsing and contacting landlords is completely free for renters. The rent and deposit you see are the only numbers — nothing hidden.
How do I contact a landlord?
Open any listing and use the WhatsApp or call button to reach the verified landlord directly. No agents, no middlemen.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. ID documents are used only for verification and are deleted after review. We never share your personal information publicly.
How fast are new listings reviewed?
Most listings are reviewed and live within 24 hours of submission. You'll get a notification the moment yours is approved.
