No. Verification is optional, but every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Verified users will have a verification badge on their profile.
Does KULI charge renters any fees?
No. Browsing listings and contacting landlords is free.
How do I contact a landlord?
Open a listing and use the available contact options to get in touch directly.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only collect the information we need to operate KULI and verify users. Your information is handled securely and is never shared publicly.
How long does it take for a listing to be reviewed?
Most listings are reviewed within 48 hours, although some may take a little longer.
