These terms govern your use of KULI. By browsing, listing, or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
You must be at least 18 to use KULI. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Landlords are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including the rent, deposit, and availability shown. Listings must reflect a real property the landlord is authorised to rent.
We review listings and landlord identities before they go live, but verification does not guarantee any outcome. Always inspect a property and confirm terms before paying anything.
KULI connects renters and landlords. We are not a party to any rental agreement and are not an agent, broker, or guarantor. Any contract is strictly between the renter and the landlord.
KULI is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from listings, communications, or rental arrangements made through the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new date here, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
