These Terms govern your use of KULI. By browsing listings, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use KULI.
You must be at least 18 years old to use KULI. You agree to provide accurate information and use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
Anyone listing a property is responsible for ensuring the information they provide is accurate, including the rent, deposit, availability, photos, and contact details.
Listings must represent a real property that the person listing it is authorised to advertise.
Every listing submitted to KULI is reviewed before it can be published.
Account verification is optional. Verified users receive a verification badge, but verification does not guarantee the condition of a property, the accuracy of a listing, or the outcome of any rental agreement.
We encourage everyone to inspect a property and confirm all terms before making any payment.

KULI helps renters and landlords connect.
We are not a party to any rental agreement and do not act as an agent, broker, or guarantor. Any agreement is made directly between the renter and the landlord.
KULI is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from listings, communications, or rental agreements made through the platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of KULI after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
